Details: This flash animation uses the TweenLite animination package for the oil droplet increases and decreases on mouseover. The background image is a sprite. This was used as space was at premium and I wanted to keep this asset small. Also a movieclip wasnt needed and the world images doesn't do anything that requires a movieclip.
